LEARN MORE ABOUT THE LOHMAN LAW OFFICES
The Lohman Law Office, PSC was founded in the 1970s by Mr. Lohman’s father and continues to serve the people of Lousiville with their personal injury and estate planning cases. The main focus of our law office has always been to put clients first. We may have many cases, but you only have one, and we respect that. Every client case at the Lohman Law offices will be handled by an attorney, not a paralegal or case manager because our lawyers have the client’s best interest in mind.
The origin of the Lohman Law Offices
More than four decades ago, Sean’s father, Robert G. Lohman, Jr., joined his father-in-law (Sean’s grandfather), G. Phillip Deeb, Sr., in his law practice. Robert learned the practice of law – and how to be a trial attorney – while working with Phil Deeb, Sr. In 1973, Robert started his own law firm, which became a thriving personal injury practice. Robert, a former judge and President of the Kentucky Academy of Trial Attorneys, established a tradition of providing excellent legal representation for victims. To date, over 10,000 clients have received legal help from the Lohman Law Offices.
Sean’s mother, Phyllis Deeb, also practiced law with her father, Phil Deeb, Sr., where she focused exclusively in the area of family law. The Deebs built one of the most well-respected family law firms in Louisville, Kentucky.
Inspired by the success and work ethic of his parents, Sean Lohman decided to also pursue a career in law. He joined his father’s firm in 1994 wanting to help injury victims. Richard Decker began working as a law clerk for the Lohman Law Offices in 1995 while he was in law school and eventually became a partner in the firm. Robert retired in 2010. Sean now shares a partnership in the firm with attorney Richard Decker.
Our dedicated lawyers work for accident victims, with a special focus on automobile, trucking, and motorcycle accidents. We also assist clients with medical malpractice, workers’ compensation, and social security disability claims. Aggressively pursuing rightful compensation for victims, we are not intimidated by any entity, insurance company, or legal defense team.
Along with personal injury law, the Lohman Law offices also focus on estate planning services. Helping individuals put strategies in place to protect their assets and pass them along quickly and smoothly to their loved ones after they are gone. Not only do we help develop and set these strategies in place, but we also keep in touch with you and your family throughout the years to ensure those strategies are still up to date and no assets have been added or removed, which could cause unnecessary issues down the road for your loved ones and estate planner in probate court.
